 The pool house has three bedrooms. Two of the rooms are 10' x 11', they rent for $545 other is larger ( 20' X 15' ) it is in the lower level and rents for $560. It is a smoke free household, Single occupancy only. Terms are six months.

The rooms have cable TV and high-speed wireless internet. The rooms in this house rent for $545-$560 per month, unfurnished or $15 more for furnished, $25 for utilities. There is a $525 deposit.
